Shu Qi (舒淇), is a Hong Kong–Taiwanese actress and model. She went to Hong Kong at the age of 17 to seek a film career. She began in the softcore pornography modelling industry, appearing in the Chinese edition of Playboy. She made her acting debut in 1995 in the film Unexpected Challenges. In 2002 she starred in her first foreign production with the French film The Transporter. In 1998 she made her debut as a singer with the Portland Street Blues OST songs "Frustrated" ("心領") and "You Don't Know" ("你不知道"). |
